First take lukewarm water and add sugar and yeast to it
now mix it well and let it prove
take a glass bowl and add maida/flour
add the yeast mixture and olive and mix it well
now add salt and knead a soft dough
add some flour and knead it for 10 minutes
now take another bowl and grease it with oil
tuck the dough and keep it, cover it with cling wrap
now let it prove for 2 hours
Again add some flour and knead it for 10 more minutes
divide it in two portions
cut the one portion in equal sized pieces
now add some flour and stretch it
make a knot, place it on a baking tray and leave it for an hour
now bake it at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes
your garlic bread is ready
