Add 100 ml water to it and mix. For Burger Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoon Oil to it. Add chopped onions to it an cook till it becomes translucent. Add Ginger-Garlic paste to it and mix well. Now add grated Beetroots to it. Add 1 teaspoon Salt to it and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the gas and transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool. Take chickpeas and food process it till it becomes smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl and add a boiled mashed potato to it. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tspGaram masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Amchoor/dry mango powder 1/2 tsp Salt Beetroot mixture to it. Mix everything well. Now take a small portion of the mixture in your palm and make tikki/ball of around 4 inches by rolling it. Dip the tikki in the flour paste. then dip it in bread crumbs and place it aside. Make all the tikkis you need. (you can store it in the fridge also) Heat the pan and apply oil on it. Place the tikkis on it and cook till golden brown on medium heat. Flip the tikki and cook the other side. Take out the tikkis when done. Take a burger and cut it into half. Apply a teaspoon of tomato ketchup on the surface of one part. Place the tikki on it. Add the capsicum on it. Place a cheese slice on it. Add a tomato slice and add some mustard sauce on top of it. Now place a lettuce leaf and place the other part of bun on it. BON APPETITE!
