Ingredients
Strawberry Panna Cotta (1 CUP = 250 ML)
Milk Cream Panna Cotta (1 CUP = 250 ML)

Instructions
Strawberry Panna Cotta
  1. Take chopped strawberries in a deep pan.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon water and sugar to it. Give it a mix.
  3. Boil it till soft. Keep stirring.
  4. Turn off the gas when done.
  5. Take a hand blender and blend it smooth.
  6. Strain it through a strainer. Then let it cool.
  7. Now take 3/4 cup hot water in a bowl.
  8. Add 3 tablespoon gelatin to it. Stir it till dissolved. Let it cool.
  9. Add gelatin to the strawberry mixture. Mix it well.
  10. Now use a cupcake tray and cover it with a towel. Put glasses on it in a tilted position.
  11. Pour the strawberry mixture in all the glasses. Refrigerate it in tilted position for 4 hours.
Milk Cream Panna Cotta
  1. Add 1 cup milk in a deep pan.
  2. Add 1.5 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup sugar to it.
  3. Mix well and heat it till sugar is dissolved. (Do not boil)
  4. At last add 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract to it. Mix well.
  5. Turn off the gas and cool it completely.
  6. Take 120 ml hot water in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoon gelatin to it. Stir it till dissolved completely.
  7. Let it cool. Then add to the milk mixture. Stir well.
  8. Take out the strawberry panna cotta. (after its fully set) Pour the milk - gelatin mixture in it. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled! BON APPETITE!
