(If you are using canned ones, do not boil) Drain out the water. Transfer the corn into a bowl, add salt and corn starch to it. Mix well. Add oil in a deep pan. Fry corns on high heat till golden brown. Take out the fried corns in a kitchen towel/tissue paper and remove the excess oil. Now transfer the fried corns to a bowl. Add chilli powder and amchoor/dry mango powder to it. Mix well. Serve Hot!
