Add salt and oil in it. Mix. When water starts to boil, add macaroni to it. Cook till becomes soft. When done, turn off the gas and strain the macaroni. Rinse it through cold water to cool it down. To fry Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies to it. Mix. Now add chopped onion to it and cook till it becomes translucent. Add Salt,black pepper and red chilli powder to it and mix well. Add finely chopped tomatoes to it and mix. Cook till becomes soft. (Medium heat) Add 2 teaspoon Tomato ketchup to it and mix well. Now add boiled macaroni to it and mix well. Add vinegar and mozzarella cheese to it and mix. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
