  • 380 gram potato
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp schezwan sauce
  • white bread
  • mozarella cheese

Instructions

  • To prepare schezwan cheese pockets, first take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it
  • now add salt, schezwan sauce and mix it well
  • take white bread and cut off the sides
  • roll it very thin in a square shape
  • apply water on the sides
  • add the filling and mozzarella cheese in the centre
  • apply water and seal the sides
  • drop it in hot oil and cook on medium heat until it turns golden brown
