Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
- 2 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Peas/matar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Pav bhaji masala
- 3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 cup Rice cooked
- 1 tsp Lime/Lemon Juice
- handful Coriander Leaves(Cilantro)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions to it.
- Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste to it. Saute untill onion becomes translucent.
- Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and green peas to it. Cook untill it becomes soft. Stir occasionally.
- Add salt, pav bhaji masala and tomato puree to it. Mix well.
- Now use a masher and mash the vegetables a little.
- Add cooked rice to it. Mix well.
- Add lime juice and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix well.
- Turn off the heat and serve hot!
