Tawa pulao

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 medium onion
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  • Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and green peas to it. Mix well.
  • Now add salt, pav bhaji masala and tomato puree to it. Mix well. Cook until everything becomes soft.
  • Use a masher to mash the veggies.
  • Now add cooked rice to it. Mix well.
  • Add lime juice and coriander leaves to it. Mix well. Serve hot.
