Tomato soup is the most common soup that every indian restaurant serves. This soup is very healthy and full of vitamins. It provides good amount of fibres and its high in vitaminA, C and K. Tomato soup is also good if you want to lose weight. People in low carb and keto diet should eat tomato soup since its low in carbs and high in fibres.
Most restaurants use cornstarch or cornflour to thicken the soup. But in this recipe I have used rice to thicken it up. You can use cornflour as well.
