RecipesAppetizers veg lollipop | recipe Facebook Twitter Google+ WhatsApp Email veg lollipop | recipe Watch Video – Full recipe – VEG LOLLIPOP Print Recipe Servings Prep Time 10 Lollipops 15 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Servings Prep Time 10 Lollipops 15 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes VEG LOLLIPOP Print Recipe Servings Prep Time 10 Lollipops 15 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Servings Prep Time 10 Lollipops 15 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Ingredients (1 CUP = 250 ML) 1 cup Potato boiled-Mashed 1/2 cup Cauliflower grated 1 small Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup Sweet Corn boiled handful Coriander Leaves(Cilantro) finely choppped 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs grind brown bread in a mixer 2 Green Chilli chopped 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Ginger paste 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tsp Lime/Lemon Juice 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Corn Starch corn flour 3 Tbsp All purpose flour (Maida) Water to dissolve flour paste Oil to fry Servings: Lollipops Instructions Take boiled - mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add grated cauliflower/phool gobhi, onion, sweet corn, coriander leaves and bread crumbs to it. Add green chillies, red chilli powder,ginger paste, garlic paste, lime juice, salt and corn flour/starch to it. Mix well. Take maida(all purpose flour) in a bowl and add water to it. Mix well. Dripping consistency. Now rub oil in your palm. Take small portion of the dry mixture and roll it to make balls. Dip it into the prepared maida/flour mixture . Roll it into the bread crumbs. Remove the excess bread crumbs. Prepare all the lollipops at once. Now fry the lollipops in oil till golden brown. (Medium-High heat) Take them out in a paper towel when done. Now insert a toothpick in it and serve hot with chutney or sauce. BON APPETITE!
