Roti Quesadilla is the my Indian form of the traditional Mexican Quesadilla. Its so different yet yummy form of roti/chapati. Kids will definitely love this thing. You can eat this as snacks. It’s the best you can get out of leftover rotis, just grate some cabbage and add some spices and here we go roti quesadilla is ready. It is also good munching food which can help you losing weight. Roti quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 4 chapati
  • 280 gram cabbage
  • 8 gram ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20 gram coriander
  • 50 gram mozarella cheese
  • 15 grams peanuts

Instructions

  • To prepare roti quesadilla take grated cabbage and squeeze it using a muslin cloth to take out extra water
  • add it in a bowl and add ginger, green chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, amchoor, salt and coriander leaves
  • mix it well
  • add mozzarella cheese and mix it well
  • add peanuts and mix it
  • now apply oil on the pan
  • take chapati and cook for 1 minute
  • flip and apply oil
  • add the mixture and spread it evenly
  • place one more chapati on the top
  • apply oil and cook on both sides
  • again add the prepared mixture on the top and place one more chapati on it
  • repeat one more time
  • cover and cook for 1 minute
  • cut into 4 peices
  • roti quesadilla is ready
