Generally people don’t like this dense bread so people generally add All purpose flour in it. But this recipe is the best recipe I have come so far for bread. Its super healthy and yummy.

Whole wheat bread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • yeast mixture
  • 11/2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • To prepare wheat bread first take hot water and add sugar, active dry yeast,
  • mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes until foam formed
  • now take a bowl and add wheat flour, milk powder, salt, prepared yeast mixture, oil and honey
  • mix it using a stand mixture
  • knead for 10 minutes
  • apply oil on the palm coat the dough and cover it
  • leave it for 1-2 hours until size doubles
  • dust some flour and knead a little
  • add the dough in a baking pan
  • again cover it and leave it for 1-2 hours
  • brush some oil
  • bake it at 175°C/347°F for 40-45 minutes
  • brush water after 30 minutes
  • let it cool completely
  • cut it and wheat bread is ready
