Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoon oil in it. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds. When mustard seeds starts to crackle, add urad-chana dal and curry leaves to it. Add green chilly and stir. Now add chopped onion to it and cook till it becomes translucent. After that add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Garam masala and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup to it and mix well. Now add bread pieces and mix. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
