Ingredients

  • 3 dry red chillies
  • hot water
  • 6 garlic
  • 103 gram cauliflower
  • 76 gram carrot
  • 46 gram beans
  • 136 gram peas
  • 350 gram potato boiled
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium onion
  • 84 gram capsicum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 cup tromato puree
  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • pav bread

Instructions

  • To prepare pav bhaji first lets prepare chilli garlic paste and for that take drybred chiilies soaked in hot water, garlic and add little water and grind it fine
  • now take cauli flower, carrit, beans and peas , place it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes
  • now take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it
  • add the boiled veggies and mash it
  • now in a pan add oil, butter and cumin seeds and fry it a little
  • add prepared chilli garlic paste and mix it well, cook for a minute
  • add onion and mix it well
  • now add capsicum and mix it
  • add salt and mix it well
  • now cover it and cook for 5 minutes
  • add tomato, mix it and cover it for 3 minutes
  • add tomato puree and mix it well
  • now add the pav bhaji masala and mix it well
  • add the mashed veggies and mix it well
  • add salt and water and mix it well
  • now add red chilli powder and mix it well
  • mash it a little and add lime juice
  • add water and mix it well and boil for few minutes
  • in a hot pan apply butter and little pav bhaji masala and spread it
  • place a half cut pav bread and grill from all the sides
  • pav bhaji is ready

  16. now add red chilli powder and mix it well
  17. mash it a little and add lime juice
  18. add water and mix it well and boil for few minutes
  19. in a hot pan apply butter and little pav bhaji masala and spread it
  20. place a half cut pav bread and grill from all the sides
  21. pav bhaji is ready
