Add powdered sugar in batches to the cream and continue beating till they form stiff peaks. Then spread the cream onto the baked cake sheet and roll them tightly. Finally, refrigerate them for a few hours. Before serving, dust the rolls with icing sugar and cut them into circular or elliptical pieces.
