Firstly, take the eggs and separate the egg whites and the yolk. Then beat the yolk for a few seconds. To this, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and oil. Finally, sift cups of maida (all-purpose flour) with a pinch of baking soda and mix the ingredients well. Add powdered sugar in batches to the cream and continue beating till they form stiff peaks. Then spread the cream onto the baked cake sheet and roll them tightly. Finally, refrigerate them for a few hours. Before serving, dust the rolls with icing sugar and cut them into circular or elliptical pieces.
