Mango lassi is the perfect drink for summers. It’s super healthy and yummy, made from only 2 main ingredients – mango and yogurt/curd.
Its totally refreshing drink which you can drink any time. I topped it up with some whipping cream (whip the heavy cream until stiff peak is formed, then add powdered sugar to it). You can definitely skip this part, its just to make it fancy looking.

Mango lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • ice cubes
  • whip cream optional
  • almonds
  • pistachio

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add roughly chopped mangoes to it.
  • Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and thick yogurt/curd to it.
  • Cover the blender and blend it smooth.
  • Now add some ice cubes in a serving glass. Add some finely sliced mango to it.
  • Pour the mango lassi in it.
  • Top it up with whipping cream. It's totally optional. Then add dry fruits to it.
  • Serve chilled!

 

DETAILED RECIPE WITH PHOTOS –

  1. Take a blender and add roughly chopped mangoes to it.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and thick yogurt/curd to it.


  3. Cover the blender and blend it smooth.

  4. Now add some ice cubes in a serving glass. Add some finely sliced mango to it.

  5. Pour the mango lassi in it.
  6. Top it up with whipping cream. It’s totally optional. Then add dry fruits to it.

  7. Serve chilled!
