egg muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 gram capsicum
  • 48 gram mushroom
  • 20 gram baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • To prepare egg muffins first, add oil and onion in a pan
  • fry it for a minute
  • add capsicum, mushroom, baby spinch and mix it well
  • now add salt, garlic granules, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes, mix it for a minute
  • now take eggs in a bowl and add milk and whisk it
  • add salt and mix it well
  • now take a muffin tray and add the prepared vegitable mixture
  • pour egg mixture
  • bake it at 180°C for for 18-20 minutes.
  • Egg muffins are ready
