egg muffin
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 small onion
- 100 gram capsicum
- 48 gram mushroom
- 20 gram baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- To prepare egg muffins first, add oil and onion in a pan
- fry it for a minute
- add capsicum, mushroom, baby spinch and mix it well
- now add salt, garlic granules, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes, mix it for a minute
- now take eggs in a bowl and add milk and whisk it
- add salt and mix it well
- now take a muffin tray and add the prepared vegitable mixture
- pour egg mixture
- bake it at 180°C for for 18-20 minutes.
